31 Days of Monsters 2014: The Enfield Monster

In the 1970s, people around Enfield, Illinois reported seeing a strange misshapen creature lurking about in the darkness. Around four feet tall, the Enfield Monster had three legs, tiny arms, and large pink eyes. When one eyewitness shot at, it made a wild hissing noise and ran away into the shadows. Some reports were eventually debunked as hoaxes, but people around Enfield still get the chills when they hear something rummaging around in their garbage cans late at night. It could just be a raccoon again, but you never know.
