Red Cap is en evil goblin that lives on the border between England and Scotland. He wears great steel shoes that he uses to trample his victims and a cap that he dyes red with their blood. Avoid at all costs.

31 Days of Monsters: The Lavellan

Every part of the tiny Scottish Lavellan is deadly. A single hair from a Lavellan can pollute waterways for miles. Its tears and saliva can make fields barren for decades. Despite being smaller than a baby mouse, its footsteps can break cobblestones. Its horrendous breath can kill the heartiest man, and it's stare can kill livestock from a hundred paces away. Nobody is sure if the Lavellan means to be so awful or if its just cursed. And nobody really wants to find out by getting close enough to ask.

31 Days of Monsters: The Lake Worth Monster

In 1969, people near Fort Worth, Texas reported seeing a strange aquatic goat-man that lived in Lake Worth. The creature leapt onto the hood of a car, leaving deep scratches in the metal, and on another occasion the Lake Worth Monster, as it became known, hurled a car tire at a group of people. Some high school kids came forward and claimed they had hoaxed area residents with a gorilla costume, but periodically, the creature continues to be seen.

31 Days of Monsters: Drop Bears

Often mistaken for herbivorous koalas at a distance, Australian drop bears are nasty predatory carnivores with a bloodthirsty temperament. Drop bears lay in wait in treetops, and when victims wander under them, they drop onto them slashing and eviscerating their prey with spines, claws and teeth. They then drag their prey back into the treetops to dine on them at their leisure, while waiting for their next victim to stumble by. They're nasty pieces of work. Best steer clear.

31 Days of Monsters: Cambion

This one deals with the birds and the bees, so it's a little NSFW. When demonic Succubi and Incubi feel the desire to start a family the Succubus mommy collects sperm from a human male victim and then passes it on to the Succubus daddy. He in turn passes it to his next female victim who eventually gives birth to a Cambion. Cambions possess none of their parents seductive manners, but are prized among demons for their corruptive influence on human society. Cambions can be recognized by the absence of a pulse until age 7, and their dislike of signs of affection. They also hate cartoons and sugary cereals.
